STICKERS

My Mother in Law has been using a sticker activity for Sunday school lessons at their church.  It has a large 11x14 sheet of paper and then a sheet of stickers that you place on the paper as she walks the kids through the story.  If she has extras she brings them to us for Lachlan and Peter to enjoy.  But Lachlan was having the hardest time getting the stickers off of the sticker sheet on his own.
This is when I thought of what I think is my most brilliant idea yet! It's so easy, but just in case you haven't thought of it yet, here it is . . .

Remove all the negative space! Yep, that's it.  But it makes it possible for Lachlan to get his fingernail under the edge and pull them up all by himself!
More complicated sticker sheets are pretty easy to peel up as well.  It doesn't take much time at all and every time you give your little one something they can do all by themselves it builds their confidence and excitement over the project.
I hope this helps you in your future sticker endeavors!
